Pricing questions
Is it a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once per event. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund at any time before your event date. Just email [email protected].
Which plans include video?
Gold and Custom. Guests can upload clips of up to 2 minutes. Bronze and Silver are for photos.
What if I have more than 200 guests?
Choose the Custom plan. You set the guest count, it's priced per guest at the Gold rate, and it includes everything in Gold.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a bigger plan from your event dashboard and just pay the difference at checkout.
How long can we access our photos?
Galleries remain available for 12 months on all plans.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Customers in the eurozone and the rest of Europe pay in euros (€), and customers in the UK pay in pounds (£). Prices are shown in your currency automatically.
Is QRPix free for charities?
Yes. Charities can apply for a free account using an email address on their website's domain.
